LaToya A. Hutchinson is a solo practitioner at The Law Offices of LaToya A. Hutchinson, P.C. Although she considers herself as a general practitioner, Attorney Hutchinson’s practice areas mainly focus on: Family Law, Contract Law, Estate Planning and Probate, and Civil and Criminal Litigation.
LaToya A. Hutchinson founded the firm in December of 2011, after several years of under the guidance of her legal mentor. With her unique combination of legal training and work experience, LaToya has demonstrated that she can effectively investigate, litigate and more importantly, try various criminal defense and civil litigation cases, to achieve excellent results for the firm’s clients. Since founding the firm, LaToya has successfully tried numerous cases, which include both jury and non-jury trials.
LaToya is the youngest and first African American female public defender for the city of Greensboro in Greene County, Georgia.
